2-reihige Krümlerwalzen mit Federspanneisen können sowohl als eine selbständige Maschine eingesetzt werden, oder auch an andere Maschinen angebaut werden, z.B. an einen Grubber, und bilden Bestellkombinationen. Ein Vorteil so einer Verbindung von zwei
Werkzeugen in eine Kombination ist das, dass der Acker bereits nach einer Fahrt der Kombination gut auf Aussaat oder Anpflanzen vorbereitet ist. Dank kleinerer Anzahl von Fahrten auf dem Acker, wird die krümelige Struktur des Bodens nicht mit Zugfahrzeugrädern
zerstört und das Drücken des Bodens wird beschränkt. Des Weiteren verringern sich erheblich die Kosten des Ackerbaus und der Zubereitung des Ackers. Die Krümlerwalze verursacht ein
unwesentliches Drücken des Bodens, und dank den Fräsmessern (Zinkenleisten) zerkrümelt sie sorgfältig die obere Schicht des Bodens. Nach einer Fahrt der Walze entsteht eine dünne,
gut zerkrümelte Schicht von Acker, unter der sich eine leicht gedrückte Schicht befindet. Krümlerwalzen bereiten den Acker besonders gut auf Präzisionsaussaat (z.B. von Rüben, Mais, Gemüse) vor.
Arbeitsteile der Walze können im Rahmen auf Lagern oder auf Buchsen befestigt werden. Der Rahmen mit den Arbeitsteilen wird an dem Hauptrahmen durch ein Parallelogramm angebracht. Regulierung des Spanneisens erfolgt durch Federn, die an dem Hauptrahmen
und an dem Parallelogramm befestigt werden. Der Hauptrahmen mit der 3-Punkt-Aufhängung lässt die Walzen selbständig an das Zugfahrzeug anbauen, die Walzen können mit der gleichen
3-Punkt-Aufhängung mit dem Grubber verbunden werden und somit eine Bestellkombination bilden.
Im Angebot gibt es 2-reihige Krümlerwalzen mit Durchmesser 295 mm, die an typische Arbeitsbreiten von Grubbern angepasst sind. Zur Standardausstattung gehört ein Schraubnippel,der die Walze mit dem Grubber verbindet.
